An Omega "multi," this liquid provides a balance of Omega-3, Omega-6, and Omega-9 by combining fish oil with borage oil. ProEFA liquid is lemon flavored.

Ingredients: 15% EPA / 10% DHA / 4% GLA (per serving: EPA 338mg, DHA 225mg, GLA 83mg, Oleic Acid 200mg)

Instructions: One-half teaspoon daily.

Contraindications: Do not use if you are using blood thinners or anticipate surgery. Consult your physician before using this product if you are pregnant, diabetic or allergic to iodine.
