An Omega "multi," these capsules provide a balance of Omega-3, Omega-6, and Omega-9 by combining fish oil with borage oil. ProEFA capsules are lemon flavored.

Ingredients: 15% EPA / 10% DHA / 4% GLA (per serving: EPA 270mg, DHA 180mg, GLA 66mg, Oleic Acid 160mg)

Instructions: One to two capsules daily, or as directed by your health care professional.

Contraindications: Do not use if you are using blood thinners or anticipate surgery. Consult your physician before using this product if you are pregnant, diabetic or allergic to iodine.
